  • Why should I book direct?

    Booking direct gives you the best available rates and lets you discuss room preferences, parking and special requirements before you arrive, with maximum flexibility for changes and cancellations.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10am. We may be able to assist with adjusted timings by prior arrangement, subject to room availability.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange an easy late check-in.

  • Do you have parking?

    Yes. One space per room with limited height in some areas. Please call ahead if you’re bringing trailers, boats, or larger vehicles.

  • Are the rooms non-smoking?

    Yes. All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking in accordance with NSW legislation.

  • Is there traffic noise?

    Some rooms are closer to the highway and may not be ideal for light sleepers. These are our budget rooms for anyone needing a quick stopover or the cheapest rate without the frills. 

  • Are pets allowed?

    No pets. Matador Motor Inn welcomes guests travelling with accredited service animals. In accordance with Australian anti-discrimination legislation, guests with legitimate service animals are welcome in all room types and areas of the property where guests are normally permitted. Guests may be asked to confirm that their animal is a recognised service animal as defined under Australian law. No additional accommodation fees are charged for service animals. We kindly ask that service animals remain under the control of their handler at all times and that guests advise us at the time of booking so we can ensure the most comfortable stay for both the guest and the animal.

  • Do you have Wi-Fi?

    Yes. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms.

  • Do you have a gym?

    Guests have free corporate access to a full professional gym at Anytime Fitness 24/7, just a 5-minute walk away. Please let us know in advance, so we can collect the key fob.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancel by 8:00pm the night before arrival for free. Cancellations on the day will incur the cost of the first night’s accommodation as booked.
